If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will
send a replacement, credit your account or allow you to choose an
alternate product.
Tally-Ho Uniforms will accept returns on our products within

days of your receipt of our product. We won’t start the clock until
your package's are delivered. After 30 days, returns will not be
accepted. Returned items will be subject to a 20% re-stocking
fee. Any returns must comply with the following return procedure.

All items must be in original shipped condition. Please return all
products in its original packaging and include all contents, including
any paperwork that may have accompanied your shipment. Any items
received incomplete will result in a delay or partial refund. Types of
damage or missing items that will affect your refund include:
We will process your refund, credit, or exchange after we have
received and inspected your returned goods. We also request that you
return the product prepaid. Should we determine that your product
shipment was our error, we will credit your account for the
appropriate amount of return shipping cost. If the refund, credit, or
exchange is due to customer reasoning the shipping both ways is the
responsibility of the customer.
